My parents, aunts, and uncles, all run small family-owned businesses. Growing up around their stores, I've learned that reputation matters when it comes to growing a business. If you can't communicate your unique value, you will get lost in a sea of competitors. I've seen firsthand how strong branding and online presence can take a business from good to truly stand-out.

In college, my friends and I loved discovering new restaurants in Boston, eating delicious meals in beautiful spaces. But too often, their online presence wasn't inspiring and didn't show their charm. These restaurants were empty, being overlooked and leaving business on the table simply because they didn't show up well online.
